Blank Page Problem in Oracle Application R12

After bouncing the R12 Instance the users could log in to the instance and do his normal activities.
After 20-30 mins the R12 welcome page used to go Blank or give a message "Unable to authenticate session".
This happens if anyone has created an Alert on the FND_USER table. Disable this alter through Alert Manager and things work as they are again.

Took me some time to get to this solution.
